The breakfast experience was nothing short of lovely, with amazing views and a good tapas-style menu that offered very nice variety and superb service.

The confusing check-in process left much to be desired, with poor signage and an overcrowded reception area making the arrival experience frustrating.

The location is marvellous and brilliant, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a vast science center. Area is amazing and right by conferences and exhibitions, the city center, and Goeteborg.

The location was great in an amazing area, adjacent to shopping districts and local grocery stores and restaurants, the Gothia Towers and airport. Centrum district was worth exploring. My deluxe double room had a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and television.

Spa facilities were really good and relaxing.

I appreciated good personnel that ensures guests have a fabulous stay. The room is fantastic, relaxing comes with a king sized bed, large bathroom with bath and separated tub. Coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware are a nice touch❤

Loved my stay here, especially the stunning breakfast that had a great tapas menu and the amazing spa with a nice sauna and outdoor pool to chill out in. The only hiccup was that the toiletries in my room weren't always restocked daily, but it didn't really bother me. Definitely make time for breakfast – it's seriously worth it! 😊

The fine views captivated us, but the air conditioning left us uncomfortably warm.

The room I stayed in was luxurious, boasting amazing city views. The breakfast on the top floor was a fantastic highlight, offering an excellent selection of tapas-style dishes with fabulous service that elevated the morning. The spa facilities were extraordinary, providing an excellent opportunity to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Amazing Views and Excellent Spa Experience

The spa facilities were really good, and the breakfast was a highlight with delicately prepared a la carte items that catered to all tastes. One downside was the check-in process. It was a bit confusing as the reception was located on a different floor.

The views from our Superior Double Room with Spa Access were amazing. We loved exploring the nearby Liseberg amusement park, just a short walk away. The breakfast was especially good, with the staff going the extra mile to serve us beautifully prepared dishes. We could bring our small dog.

My kids wished for a larger play area in the hotel.

The view from the room was amazing and the staff provided perfect service. The spa experience was quite relaxing! The breakfast had great options that we looked forward to every morning.

the coffee selection needs improvement ☕

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a spa & wellness centre, and an excellent restaurant. The staff once helped me with currency recommendations. Don't miss the breakfast! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

We had delicious breakfasts with a fantastic view over Gothenburg. Special mention to the very friendly and caring staff. - the hotel is in an incredible and gorgeous location. - Perfect for the prospect of a good late-night meal.

The highlight was the excellent breakfast offering a diverse menu. I faced some issues with room temperature control, a bit uncomfortable at times. Nevertheless, the staff provided good service throughout my visit.
